- The delivery time is up to 18 h (usually in the morning)
- Our shipments are well packed and protected so that the merchandise does not suffer. Should you get when you see an abnormality shipping, have 72 hours to contact us by email or phone and we will claim to the carrier.
- If it were a gift, let us know, we will not put the ticket and repackage.
- If your purchase is an emergency by gift or special event call us
- If you can not find shipping area (from outside Spain) send us an email and we will send you a quote for transport to the place you specify.
